PROJECT COORDINATION | TRADE’S DAY
Once we've finalized the Material Selection phase of your home remodel, if your design project requires the help of our talented contractors (i.e. general contractor, plumber, tile installer etc.) our next step as your interior designers is to coordinate your TRADES DAY.
By using your #DesignDetails as a guiding beacon to communicate every little itsy-bitsy detail, John + I will curate a team of reliable contractors, gather estimates + create a preliminary budget (labor + material costs) for you to review.
So... how does this work?
First, we'll coordinate schedules + meet our contractor's at your home to review the work with them that needs to be completed.
They'll have the opportunity to see your #DesignDetails document, take measurements of the space + ask us any questions they have regarding your fab-u-lous new home design. After your Trade's Day, a formal estimate will be submitted to us by each of the contractors, we'll review them for mistakes + assemble a preliminary budget (both labor + material costs) for you.
This way during the Refinement Call, we're looking at actual dollars + cents in-terms of project costs to complete your home remodel. In other words, with your #DesignDetails in place + your Trade's Day complete, we'll awaiting your green light to begin.
