PHASE 1
ASSESSMENT
Our interior design process begins with an assessment phase where look at your home in its entirety + create actionable gameplans around your design + organizing needs to ensure we have a clear palette for getting you from where you are today to where you want to be.
The assessment phase of your project is all about discovering what home means to you. We’ll identify anything that’s holding you back, start dreaming big about your new space + prioritize a gameplan to make it all happen.
Taking the time to define your design style before deep-diving into designing + organizing your home ensures that when our time working together is complete — your home has a visceral feel to it that tells your family’s story.
PHASE 2
CURATION
This is where all the work happens. Using all that we’ve discovered together + the gameplan we’ve outlined during our assessment phase, curating a home you never want to leave can begin. As we move throughout your home + help you declutter + organize — it’s also when we select + curate the breathtaking details for designing your home.
From layouts, furniture plans, + 3D renderings to product selection for all of your home’s hardscape or soft good items the curation phase is everything you need to visualize + sign off on the transformation before it happens.
PHASE 3
TRANSFORMATION
This is where all the magic happens + everything comes to life. It’s after living with + using them when we tweak or make any adjustments to the new organizing systems we’ve created together.
And the transformation phase is also when construction, purchasing, installation + the big reveal of all those fabulous design goodies happen.

LAYOUT + FURNITURE PLAN
A full room layout gives a birds-eye view of how a particular space in your home will function considering your design + organizing needs, while a furniture layout provides a baseline for what the furniture will look like laid out in your home.
MATERIAl + FIXTURE SELECTION
From materials like flooring, countertops, tile, paint, + wallcoverings to fixtures + finishes for plumbing or electrical, the hardscape selection helps ensure a cohesive aesthetic throughout your home, regardless of if we design a few rooms or the entire home.
FURNITURE + DECOR SELECTION
From top-to-bottom, we design full spaces for your family. The soft good selection includes all the furniture for your home as well as the decorative accents + artwork that complete it.
ELEVATIONS
Elevations are a critical deliverable for contractors + tradespeople as they ensure we’ve determined the perfect size, scale + placement for every detail in your home. This gives you the comfort that what we’ve selected on your behalf is perfect!
RENDERINGS
3D renderings help to clarify what a space will look like + what it will feel like before it’s ever brought to life. To do this, for nearly every element in your home, we create a 3D furniture + decor model.

STRATEGY DAY + DESIGN PLAYBOOK
Your design strategy session is a 1:1 in-home (or virtual) meeting where we deep dive into exploring your wants + needs for your home as well as style direction. A comprehensive design playbook creates a clear palette for working together.
PROCUREMENT
For every-single item we select on your behalf, our procurement team orders, tracks, and ensures it arrives at a local receiving warehouse in prestine condition. Not to mention, when it doesn’t, we troubleshoot any damages or back ordered delays so you never have to.
INSTALLATION
When everything arrives, in good condition, to the receiving warehouse, our procurement team coordinates + schedules delivery installers as well as art + window treatment installers.
VENDOR COLLABORATION
Collaboration with vendors such as architects, builders, + general contractors, both onsite + virtually, to review estimates, design schedules, drawings and elevations that ensure your home is transformed as we’ve designed.
ONGOING COMMUNICATION
Remember, we don’t charge hourly #notourstyle, so included in your membership is every in-person or virtual meeting with you, email response, or phone conversation :)

Full service interior design is a turn-key process of designing your home. From the initial home strategy session to the final installation, everything is done for you.
As we completely reimagine your home, it is not uncommon for our full-service projects to be completed in phases over several years.

Our favorite question, my friend! I think it’s incredibly valuable for us to have a budget conversation upfront because from our experience, it’s always the most difficult conversations that lead to some of the best things in life, right?
Now I don’t want you to think of budget as being a ‘hard’ conversationremodel your kitchen (because it’s not) but it can be a confusing conversation because there are so many different pieces to it.

From concept to completion, good design takes time + timelines vary based on the scope of work required. It’s during your free Clarity Call when we begin to narrow focus around the details of your project + the expected timelines.
For instance, a furnishing + styling project (that doesn't require any structural changes or labor for painting, flooring, etc.) will take significantly less time than a larger scale project like custom home build or whole home renovation which can exceed 12+ months.
